Users of Portify act as Data Controllers for the data they upload and manage within the platform.

Leadnest Technologies Ltd acts as the Data Processor, processing user data solely for the purpose of operating the client portal platform.

Purpose of Processing

Portify processes user data solely for the purpose of operating the client portal platform, including authentication, storage, and delivery of project-related content to authorised users.

Security Measures

Leadnest Technologies Ltd implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data, including:

• Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS)
• Authentication and access control systems
• Secure cloud storage infrastructure
• Role-based data access restrictions

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data at any time. Upon account deletion, user data is retained for up to 90 days before being permanently removed from our systems.
