Portify provides a client collaboration platform that allows users to create secure client portals, share files, manage project updates, request approvals, and communicate with clients.

2. Accounts

To use Portify, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use Portify to upload illegal content, distribute malware, conduct fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or data.

Leadnest Technologies Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data and Content

Users retain ownership of the content and files they upload to Portify. By using the service, users grant Portify the limited right to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Service Availability

Portify is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Leadnest Technologies Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or suspend the platform at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadnest Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Portify.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the previous twelve months.

7. Termination

Leadnest Technologies Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
